Get a Library Card?

Residents of Pulaski County, Missouri and surrounding counties can visit any PCLD Branch to apply for a library card. Please bring 2 forms of identification that can be copied, one being a photo ID and the other with your current address. Acceptable forms of ID include but aren’t limited to: Driver’s License, State Issued Non-Driver ID, cancelled mail, tax receipt, voter registration card, utility bill.

*Please Note - Pursuant to Title 18, U.S. Code Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701, Library staff can not make a copy of military ID. Please have another form of photo ID when applying for a PCLD Card*
